I always worry that my monthly Sprezzabox has been stolen. I receive my email that the box was shipped and I look forward to my monthly surprise. My box typically shows up at the end of the month. Naturally I get a little jealous when everyone has theirs but mine has yet to come. Social media can be cruel sometimes.
This month I totally forgot about my Sprezzabox. May was a busy month and I barely had time to breath. Not only did I celebrate my birthday (All month – By the way if you missed it, I’m still accepting presents!) but I’ve also been busy revamping my websites. Add in work and a few evening social engagements, it’s easy to see why I would forget the box.
Naturally I was surprised when it hit my door! For May there was not one but two ties which included a bow tie along with a matching pocket square. If you know me, you know how much I love a good bow tie. So that was an extra bonus. Plus another of my favorite things… no show socks. Don’t they look amazing in my pics? (smile). I’ve been guilty of wearing no socks with shoes for a long time but no shows are a great way to help protect your shoes especially if you have sweaty feet.
It’s the accessories that make a good look great. In addition to my Sprezzabox surprise, I was also gifted with a watch from Emporio Armani (Remember it was May so it was like receiving birthday gifts!) I love this watch! It’s a big thick chronograph. The kicker? The camouflage details to the band. The watch is part of their new spring collection. Armani has some fantastic watches and I liked pairing the rugged subtle camo detail with the softness of the pastels in my tie and pocket square. I’d love to hear your thoughts on my look.
