Tarpley‘s Spring/Summer collection shown during New York Men’s Day was entitled, “Aura”.
“”The concept of an “aura” -an emery that surrounds living beings -has long captured the curiosity of those who seek to understand the unseen. Often described as a subtle body of light and colors, the aura is both a spiritual and scientific mystery. For Brooks Tarpley Jones, this energy is more than just an abstract idea, it’s a lens through which he views the relationship between clothing and the self.”
Of Nothing is crafted in Brooklyn, New York. Each piece is made to order.
Finally, the last collection for New York Men’s Day was Sermon Series. Their collection inspired by the powerful messages conveyed in sermons.
