For some, spending a little time with family and friends is the perfect thing for a lazy Saturday afternoon. With so many events happening in Washington over the last few weeks, it’s sometimes easy to neglect those that are most important to you.
Just because it’s casual doesn’t mean you should slouch on your look. I like this look because it was very relaxed yet perfect for an evening out. And although it’s spring, the Washington temperature has not been cooperating with the season so a lightweight blazer helped to complete my look.
The handmade shirt is by Scott Spahr, a designer out of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Scott Spahr’s designs are made in small batches and feature eye-catching designs with great detail. (Notice the orange thread accents in the shirt!) The jeans are by J Brand, straight legged with a little lycra for a little extra give. Cotton khaki blazer is by Tommy Hilfiger is available on Bluefly.com. The biggest splurge was the Gucci high-tops.
